The story of Koláčkovna began in a village in Southern Moravia, in the 1990s. When my grandfather and grandmother became famous for their wonderful dumplings and scones.
We keep their recipes to this day and also preserve the tradition of quality ingredients!
After finishing my high school I was wondering what to do next, it took me a year to ask my grandma and grandpa if I could help them with their work and continue the tradition, the answer was a clear NO!!! Go study and do something good! Unfortunately, I didn't give them much of a choice either. And so I joined them, just for a while. But I found out that there is a lot of interest in the cakes. Everywhere I asked, they wanted to buy, so we made weekend party products an everyday thing. The expansion of production and newer ovens, machines that help us prepare the dough and package the final product came next. In order to confirm the slogan of a family business, after a while my father also joined.

Today, we are at a stage where we are trying to keep expanding and making production more efficient, so that we can always maintain the same quality, but at the same time we can grow and satisfy as many hungry people as possible.
